Had to move to a pharmacy closer to home, but have previously used Cherry’s and never had an issue. They were able to provide my medication today that my local pharmacy did not have in stock! Life savers! Plus, super friendly staff and the tidiest, most organised pharmacy I have ever come across!

Terribly hard to get hold of on the phone. Always ‘User Busy’ signal comes up. As my husband is immobile, I do not appreciate having to run to them to reorder my repeat prescriptions. I never had this problem before so I am unsure why they are consistently hard to get hold of on the phone. Is it because it’s under new ownership? Someone please explain?

I am keen to support local business but am very disappointed with this pharmacy. I've just had a baby & my hands are bone dry from washing them all the time. I bought some Vaseline handcream from there a couple of weeks ago, got it home, squeezed the tube & it split at the top & all down the sides, most of the cream spilt out. I think it must be old stock because the plastic seems brittle & their price tag looks quite old. I decided I should return it as a matter of principle (not the £3.67) and today found a minute to go back to the shop. The manager refused to refund or replace the handcream without a receipt. The implication was that I could be lying about the date of purchase. I'm furious, but unfortunately I cannot find my receipt having gone home & had a good look. Who keeps a receipt for a tube of handcream!! So there is nothing I can do. Anyway, suffice to say, the manager at this store appears happy to sell you old & unusable stock and not so happy to refund you when you realise! AVOID!
