   I recently visited the NEXT store at King's Gate and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made my shopping trip enjoyable. The store had a great selection of modern and stylish items, catering to a variety of tastes. Everything was well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality fashion and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

   Very poor selection of boys clothes. What happened to plain boys clothes. Why is everything got stupid designs or rips etc And multiple times I’ve been in this store and had to chase staff to man the checkout. Why aren’t they manned. You’d be better giving me a till log in and I’ll ring it up myself since I’m having to chase your staff and do a managers job to have them man the till.

   Shocking was waiting in male checkout area waiting to be served. After waiting a few minutes I went in to home/furniture dept . Told by a polite member of staff. Noone is on tills until 10am I can serve you in here . Not the staff fault but next charge a premium for products n service . So tell me where the service is . Put a notice up to say you don't want mens money or at least close it . Another east kilbride shop that wonders why Internet does so well the above is why .

   Big store offering plenty of choice for both men and women's clothing. Liked the bedding displays.. wish my room looked liked that. Costa coffee available in store. Would have been 5 stars but feel the changing rooms need to be refreshed. No where to hang clothes in one and in another it looked as if someone has attempted to eat the wall.

   I was in today and can give the staff 10/10 for working hard under pressure. There was a queue for the parcel collection and several customers were getting very irate. Staff acted professionally despite these pests goading them about the wait. Obviously bored housewives oblivious to the current pandemic. pandemic

   I went here for a coffee ☕ the Next shop opened at 9 O'clock but the Costa coffee shop opened at 9.30 am. So I had a little longer to wait a a real good coffee. Could not sit in due to covid 19. Understandable. I had to take it out. But not before I took a few photos of the Next shop where Costa is inside it. Service was good. Very nice shop to shop in. The lovely Beautiful Lady outside the Next shop kept good control of the customer coming in. Good job well done. Hope yous like my photos and review and give me a like thank you

   A well iaid out store with plenty of natural light selling kids, ladies & gents clothing and footwear. It has a well stocked home section and a Costas cafe. Well worth a visit.
