   Really rude staff. rejected my prescription because it says amoxicillin“capsules” instead of “tablets”. Went to another pharmacy they were able to give it straight away. Pharmacist had so much attitude, clearly had a bad day and took it out on me.

   My GP sends the prescription to them and I wait for the text message to say it's ready but after a few days I go to check and "sorry we don't have your medication can you try at another chemist!" they don't even bother to call me to tell me that they don't have the medication in stock . This is not just once it's happened many times. Really bad service

   Second time I've been there to ask for advice for medication. The assistant didn't know so she asked the pharmacist and the response was they can't help me I need to go to my GP or hospital. I went to the other pharmacy on Lady Margaret Road and they helped me with no issues. Pointless being there if they are not willing to help. There are other pharmacy's close by that are more helpful.

   Bad experience here today the male pharmacist was very rude and short shrift with me this morning. I was explaining My symptoms to him and I hadn’t really finished when he pointed to a product I said I already have that one and before I could say more he was very abrupt with me . It’s a shame because I haven’t encountered this level of rudeness at this pharmacy before all the other pharmacists here have been lovely and helpful .i left feeling upset and Felt like my issue hadn’t been resolved. So now I will go to my own chemist tommorow. And before he Even spoke this way to me I over heard him being the same tone with another customer .

   Worst place to get your prescriptions from, firstly staff hide away and you can’t see anyone serving you have to wait for ages until someone notices you. Staff are rude and unhelpful… they also never have any medication in. Such a waste of time to go there.

   Was wrongly charged for a prescription. I was asked if it was paid for and I said yes and the staff member said I have to pay so I did. I went home to check my details and I was right that I already paid for it. I politely made a journey back with the evidence that it's been paid for and I need a refund. The staff member snapped back at me saying I should've said so in the beginning. I replied that when she asked if it was paid for and I said yes then that's me telling you it was paid for. She continues to argue with me before giving me my refund. I find it funny that you have notices up for people to be nice to you yet this is the service you give to the public. There was clearly no need for her attitude when the mistake was all on her.

   I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department. I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store. A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while. I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!) SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay. I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in. Thank you SAM!
