   Don’t use Northolt pharmacy they are absolute scammers they did something that they shouldn’t nominating themselves as the chemist for repeat prescriptions which caused so many distress to my family I had to make several calls to get that resolved Northolt pharmacy was persistent for me and my family to have all our medication at their pharmacy I and my family said we were happy where get medication never gave permission for them to nominate themselves despite that they did and create unnecessary tension and stress to my family. I appreciate they get commission by doing dosage box for elderly patient but this is not acceptable as you are messing around with critical patient medication needs awful experience with this pharmacy.

   I use this Pharmacy regularly for my medications & vaccines. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful.. always willing to help. The Pharmacist, Meher, even stayed on late & waited for my wife to arrive for her vaccine today, after she got delayed due to unusually slow traffic. Thank you. Keep up the good work, Northolt Pharmacy.

   I took flu jab from the pharmacist. The pharmacist and staff are wonderful. They provide an excellent service whether it be advice, guidance or simply getting a specific medicine. They are always prepared to go above and beyond, I and many like me would be lost without them.

   I contacted this pharmacy via telephone to inquire if they had a particular brand of eye drops in stock. The eye drops in question were in short supply due to an apparent nationwide shortage & were not even in stock at the Western Eye Hospital. I set about calling various pharmacies to inquire as to whether they had the eye drops in stock or could indeed order them for guaranteed delivery the next day. When I telephoned Northolt Pharmacy w/my request, I was asked to hold. After a considerable amount of time, I telephoned again from another phone, whilst keeping the first line live on hold. I started as caller #5. When I was in the pole position, I again waited for an inordinate amount of time fast approaching the hour mark. When my call was finally answered, I was disappointed when told they didn’t have the eye drops in stock. I voiced my angst at being kept on hold for the best part of an hour on two separate phones. Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from Alpin. He had been informed about my disappointment after having held for so long. He advised me he would do his utmost to source the eyedrops for me, even though it was clearly in short supply. He actively telephoned various distributors to check their stock/confirm it could be delivered the next day. After finally securing an order, he advised he would telephone me the next day upon receipt the eyedrops. True to form he telephoned me the next day to advise the eyedrops were ready for collection. I was delighted, Alpine had made a concerted effort, going above & beyond his remit to locate the eyedrops. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was surprised to see just how busy the practice was. It put into perspective the reason for the long telephone hold times & just how much of a Trojan effort Alpin had put in on my behalf. Thank you Alpin & thank you Northolt Pharmacy for going that extra mile.

   I came across this pharmacy for the first time, when I went to collect my dad's medication a few weeks ago. The service, the care and the knowledge of Alpin exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond his call of duty, he makes sure everything was suitably delivered, his politeness and knowledge has won me over . Well done and thank you Alpin!

   Very tiny pharmacy, everything is behind a tiny counter so you can not see anything. Main purpose is prescriptions. Staff knowledge is very limited but the staff are friendly. If your looking for a selection of medical goods or advise this is not the place to go.

   Some of the staff are great but ever sinceits been taken over by new staff I never get my medication on time, its a monthy repeat but every month I have to chase it up, I've been told I haven't ordered things when I have had a text or a call from GP it's ready to pick up. There is only one member of staff that is super helpful and I can't remember his name and he's been there a while, all the others are not much help. Shocking service. Will change paharmacy

   I wish i could given the Northolt Pharmacy ZERO. Their service absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. No reply to my email, nor to voicemail. The staff are none attentive. Please avoid and report to the professional board. JAN
