I have been with Queens Pharmacy since I started living in this area. Previously it was a branch of Boots. So around 5 years with them. But I had a very bad experience with them last month. For a few months my daughter has had bad constipation. I have taken her to the West Middlesex hospital 4 times. So the Doctor referred back to the GP. In this regard, on 31st October, the GP saw her. The doctor gave her Lactulose 500ml for 15 days to continue. 20ml per day. I went to Queens pharmacy to collect the prescription. They said it was out of stock. So they asked me to come on the next day. The next day again I went there. It was Saturday. Again it was out of stock. They asked me to come on Monday. I went on Monday. Still that medicine was out of stock. Then I went to The Broadway Health centre, my GP to tell them that medicine was out of stock and requested them to prescribe 2 bottles of 300ml instead of 500ml. Later, in the afternoon I got a call from the GP saying that 500ml was still available at the other pharmacies. Later I took the printed copy of the prescription from the GP and went to Ali chemist. They said it was showing some error. Again I came to the GP and told the issue. The GP said, nothing wrong. So I was very confused. Again I went to Ali chemist. They said the same. Even they asked me to cross check the prescription with the other pharmacies. Then I went to Chana Chemist. They also said the same showing error with prescription. Then I went to Anmol pharmacy to cross check the prescription. They also said the same. Ultimately, I had to buy 300ml of Lactulose for my daughter. It was urgent for her. Because by that time, GP and all pharmacies were closed already. I had to spend 1 and half hours just for these from going to the GP to other pharmacies. Next morning, on 4th November, I went to the GP again. As soon as the Manager saw me, she asked me to go to her office. She might have seen how many times I went to the GP yesterday before closing. She then printed the history of medicine. It was showing that Queens pharmacy already claimed the money from NHS 31st October before giving it to me. Then I asked the GP Manager to call the Queens pharmacy. They said , prescription was already collected. I said, no. I did not collect it. Then I went to Queens pharmacy again. The person at the reception told me to come later. Later around 12pm I got a call from Pharmacy asking to collect the prescription. Now my question is, how can they claim the money from the NHS 31st October without giving the prescription? That's why it was showing errors with the other pharmacies. Even I got the proof that I had collected that one on 4th November. Only for that reason, I had to buy that medicine as I had no other option.

One of the best pharmacies I have ever been too. This pharmacy offers an enormous number of services from weight loss programs to antibiotics. I have been going here with my family many times and the staff here are excellent and super friendly. My medication is always given to me in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Exceptional team, exceptional service!

I had a really great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were very friendly especially the big guy called Naz, helpful and always made sure everything was done properly. The service was quick, professional, and they made customers feel welcome and looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Everything was well organised, and the atmosphere was calm and respectful. I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone β€” one of the best I’ve been to.

Absolutely Outstanding Service! Queen’s Pharmacy is hands down one of the best local pharmacies I’ve ever visited. The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain medications clearly and go above and beyond to ensure you’re well looked after. The customer service is consistently warm and welcoming – it really feels like they treat you like family. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need, from prescriptions to over-the-counter products. I couldn’t recommend Queen’s Pharmacy more highly – they truly set the standard for what great pharmacy care should be!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. They are rude unhelpful and really do not care about their customers. One particular individual (a middle aged Asian lady) is particularly rude and in my opinion is in the wrong profession. I waited from 14 December until 6 January for my asthma inhaler and eventually had to take it to another pharmacist. Their excuses were feeble (weather/traffic/stock). I would rather travel 100 miles than visit there again and I am Reporting them to the GPC. AVOID if you value your health. It doesn’t even warrant 1 Star.

Most staff here are not friendly and treat you like gum stuck on thier shoe. I have noticed they are nice to the men than a women I'm am a women and the pharmacy is all women. They should treat all gender/identities equally. However when thise that identify as male are their the staff attitude is friendly and will to help. Those that identify as female they ignore you, do not look at you and want to serve you quickly so that you will leave. they were better when they were Moss cheists not under this new management. Last time I came to get my medicine the counter assistant groaned and rolled her eyes when I came in. It was 10 min to closing. I work in customer service I will never make someone feel bad for coming within opening hours. She rushed talking to me and the pharmacist could not care less. Then lady knew who I was and told the pharmacist my details to hurry up my service. As I was leaving she seemed happy but too bad for her another lady customer came in the pharmacy. Shameful service.

With my worse experience dealing with NHS services , was surprised as how your day can turned out to be good by remarkable service at a pharmacy, that sweet lady Sharon made my day with her kindness and promptness. Thankyou for treating me professionally with empathy.

My experience with certain staff varies. Some are very helpful but some are not. I am mainly wanting to review something that I discovered very late and I used to run out of medication very quickly without knowing that I was given not the correct amount of medication as prescribed by the GP. So now I have to make sure that I bring this to their notice and the GP's as well. Normally we do not care to check. So this could be the reason.

Visited Queens Pharmacy recently. What a wonderful Pharmacy! Staff were helpful. I consulted Nikita, the Pharmacist manager. She so professionial, knowledgeable and helpful and helped resolve my issues and gave me superb advice despite clearly run off her feet. She is by far the best Pharmacist I've come across. Go visit this place. I certainly will!!! 5 stars!
