I visited the pharmacy today around 7:30 PM, and the guy who gave me my medicines, explained everything so clearly and patiently that taking medicines felt stress-free. Really friendly and awesome service!
I was there to buy Calpol for my child, but they closed at 7.55pm, they said they can close anytime, there was another lady came at 7.57pm after she called them and confirmed to get some medicine but they left the building, terrible customer service.
Terrible service. Made a phone call today to merely check on prescription delivery, to be asked to call back by a member of staff because THEY are busy- what about the customer. Then left hanging on & had to call back. Why don't THEY call back. Why should I be forced to make more than one call to them or be forces to go into the pharmacy to check. Much better service from other pharmacies in Pinner. Will change designated chemist.
Very rude pharmacist - would give 0 stars if I could. I had a private prescription for an item that you could easily buy from behind the counter (and which the doctor suggested I should do), but without providing any valid reason, the pharmacist (Gor) said he won't sell me the item unless we go via the private prescription (4 times the price). He started to walk away and serve the next customer as I was still asking him why. Never been a pleasant experience in this pharmacy - only used every so often as it because it's open till 8pm. Picked up the medicine at a pharmacy in Harrow without any hassle!
Lately I do not get an email to say my meds are ready, this has lead to me running out of medication, Also I tried getting a flu jab over a period of 3 months, I was denied 4 times, then eventually told they had run out, so no flu jab for me this year! The staff here are actually very nice, not sure why these problems are happening ???
The staff really needs to learn customer interaction. I was looking for some medication. They had different one with the same content. But instead of offering it, they just said they don't have it. Thankfully, a senior member helped me out. They also charged me for extra (empty) bottle which other pharmacies I have been to don't.
Do not use. Rude staff. These people are FRAUDS. Go to tesco pharmacy instead. They seem to think being in a middle of a medical centre gives them the right to act as they wish. DO NOT USE.
Spoke on the phone to a lovely pharmacist who said she would help me with an urgent prescription. Called back later to the RUDEST man saying his colleague was wrong and nothing he would do for me, I came off the phone crying after the rudeness. I have never come across someone so unhelpful or uncaring in my life
Thought I should leave a review here because I am so grateful for all the hard work of the staff at Gor Pharmacy. I have always had a positive experience and have found the staff really friendly and helpful. This must have been a stressful couple of years for you, so thank you!!!! NHS Heroes!!!!!!!
Absolutely terrible service and Mr Gor the owner has no compassion or understanding. I’ve also seen the way he speaks to his staff and they seem busy and he won’t even serve on the counter if he knows customers are not happy with level of service provided. They never have adequate stock levels of repeat prescription and you could end up waiting up to two weeks. They blame the GP surgery for not sending prescriptions on time but what each time this happens? I gave them a chance to get there act together as I fully understand what it’s like running a customer facing service. Get your act together regarding repeat prescriptions so you don’t let your customers down. We go elsewhere now. No way I will spend money here or would allow the NHS to support them. They run the risk of people being without medicines when urgently needed .
