   I would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy in North Harrow. I attend regularly for ear microsuction usually every 3 months which could end up very costly but today I received a 10% discount because I am a regular customer. This has made the procedure so much cheaper! The staff are so nice and friendly and the staff member who does the microsuction explains everything to you and puts you at ease! Thank you for bring a brilliant chemist!!

   I’m glad to see North Harrow has such kind people working for the community! They provide a vital service. I was served by a young Indian lady today (forgot to get her name) and she was really warm and welcoming. Also I’d like to note the excellent location. It’s within short walking distance of local transport systems (bus stops, underground station) and opposite the local gym.

   This has been my pharmacy for the past 14 years. However I have changed to a different neighbouring pharmacy today because sadly over the past year the service has gone downhill. They continuously open late. It's not an irregular occurrence. It is the usual occurrence. Not 9am more nearer 9.30, so customers are left waiting outside. I've never received an apology or any explanation for the late opening. As I say - this is a regular occurrence. I get the impression that the pharmacist has lost interest. Once inside there are long waiting times and today he told me he didn't have my prescription, and told me to contact my GP about it. So, I had to spend more time there calling the GP - on hold for 15 mins - who then confirmed they had indeed sent the prescription to the pharmacy 6 days before. The pharmacist had another look and found he did have the medication. So I was in the pharmacy for almost half an hour collecting one item - a simple repeat prescription. As I say, it's a shame but he didn't even seem bothered and was even quite rude about it. The other thing I've noticed is that the use by dates of medication you receive there is often very short - shorter than other pharmacies (eg only a matter of weeks). But after waiting that length of time I am reluctant to queue up again to ask if he's got any with longer dates.

   Google and phone lines suggests it opens at 9am. Walked 20 mins there and waited for 5 minutes outside and no one answered the phone or opened the pharmacy.

   I attended the Health Pharmacy for my booster as they are one of the few vaccination centres that offer the Astra Zeneca . I have an autoimmune disease and also suffer from anaphylaxis so I wanted to find a centre where I could have the Astra Zeneca as a booster as I had not reacted badly to my first two vaccinations and did not want to risk taking a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine as a booster as I would not know if I would react to it. . Kiran and Rupal did the appropriate checks to ascertain my conditions before administering the booster and the service and care I received was first class, with precautions taken to stay at the pharmacy for 30 minutes afterwards to ensure I did not react. Thank you.
