My important medication was unavailable when I came to collect it the day before travelling abroad - the pharmacy went to extreme lengths to help me get a different but equally effective medication before leaving, even opening just for me out of hours the next morning. Incredibly helpful, thank you so much!

New pharmacist refuses to issue antibiotics for my 6 year old daughter's infected finger until tomorrow because I didn't book an appointment which as part of pharmacy first scheme you are meant to be able to just walk in NOT make an appointment. I thought the old pharmacist was rubbish and clearly this one isn't any better. Utter joke I will be reporting to the relevant people.

Have absolutely nothing good to say about this place , it's dirty , rude , hot my meds wrong and the owner when closing made a pass at me beside his Tesla not sure of his name but definitely not going near there again.

Would not use it again. No respect for patient's privacy and dignity. It seems the Pharmacist needs to go and retrain. Why would you shout out patient medication in front of bunch of people. Absolutely awful. The shop needs a good clean.

I called to ask if they had any lateral flow tests and the lady said yes. I went straight there and saw someone leaving with one box. The chemist asked me for a prescription (??!!) And asked me why I hadn't gone to my usual chemist. (My usual chemist had none left). He said they didn't have any (despite I was told they did only minutes earlier) and he'd call me when they had some.i never heard back. I get the impression they keep them for regular "customers". I'm clinically vulnerable. Not impressed with them at all. Poor.

I can’t recommend this place. The shop isn’t the cleanest, every time I’ve been in, the pharmacist has been having loud conversations with his colleague about another customer’s prescription. I went in for the pharmacy strength Lemsip, they didn’t have any or anything similar. When I went in to try and pick up Lateral Flow tests, I got some rude attitude, asking whether I was registered with them (what does that even mean?) and when I said no, I was told that I should go to the pharmacy I use for my prescriptions. I don’t use a pharmacy for prescriptions and that advice isn’t even NHS policy. I got the impression he didn’t want to serve me (otherwise why ask all the questions? Just say there’s none left). I understand tests are in short supply but there’s no need for that rudeness. They should take down the multiple signs in the window and in the store advertising lateral flow tests, if they don’t want to give them out.

I have been getting my prescriptions there for many years since Boots in Town always messes it up. Always in stock and the staff are very polite. The pharmacist man knows what hes talking about and gives good advice.

Unprofessional, unhygienic, incompetent, impolite, unwelcoming... If there was an option of not giving them a single star, I would choose that. I have been there twice, and each time was disappointing. The place is run down and looks untidy. My order was not ready. My pills were counted in front of me with the employee's bare hands (to my horror), on some tray (how clean? who knows). When I looked at the expiry date on the pack they were taking my medicine from, it turned out that it was 5 months out of date, and they didn't care... With no apologies, they said that I would have to come again the next day. About 20 minutes later, they phoned me, saying that my medicine was unavailable. So I got it from a different local chemist the next day without any problems. This place is bad beyond belief. Stay away!
