A lot of staff but not sure what they are doing the person who dealing with me she completely doesn't know what she's doing she try to tell me on my date of birth is so many name s so she doesn't know with is me ...Wow great job
Very disappointing service. My doctor prescribed eye drops that must be used one month before surgery. The pharmacy failed to order them the first time, and the second time I was promised home delivery, which never arrived. When I called on 6th October, the pharmacist was rude and said they didn’t have the medication and didn’t know where to get it. This is completely unacceptable, especially for patients preparing for surgery. Such negligence and attitude are unprofessional and damaging to the pharmacy’s reputation. I will be escalating this issue and filing a formal complaint.

I had an excellent experience at Herbert’s & Herbert’s Pharmacy in Hounslow. Tariq was absolutely amazin, he was well-spoken, extremely helpful, and provided incredible advice that was both accurate and reassuring. His professionalism and friendliness truly stood out and made my visit a pleasure. The pharmacy itself is clean, tidy, and well-organized, which reflects the care they put into their service. The staff are friendly and approachable, always ready to help with a smile. Another big plus is their efficiency, when I called, they answered the phone quickly and handled my queries with ease. I was especially impressed with their ability to get my medicine ordered and ready for pickup on the same day. This level of efficiency and customer care is rare to find. Overall, Herbert’s & Herbert’s Pharmacy delivers top-notch service with a personal touch, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I was in standing in queue of 3 people and 4 staff members were inside and no body was attending me when I requested one lady please come she was a bit rude and said am with customer
Amazing ,fantastic attentive staff . I changed over to Herbert&Herbert 106 Staines Road, After more than 15 years with the big high street chemist chain who were just terrible With their attitude to pharmacy customers. I had to wait 9 days for anti biotics I needed. Even for repeat prescriptions up to 7 days wait. With Herbert&Herbert I had my medication delivered free to my door Within 24 hours. Fantastic I The other one charge £55

The team here are ever so helpful. More so than the GP. They answer the phone so quickly and are graceful in their communication. For vulnerable patients, they have an excellent delivery service. I wish the team here could take over the GP surgery or at least teach them how to interact with patients in a helpful & respectful manner. Well done team!
Absolutely wonderful local pharmacy. Helpful, seemingly open all hours, clean, has everything. Swift accurate prescription service with a smile. Rarely any significant waiting time. Never been disappointed with any product I’ve bought from there and they do have some sale bargains from time to time. What more could I want from a local pharmacy :)
