Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. My mum, who has health issues, asked for her prescribed medication but was constantly pushed to register as a patient because “it costs them money.” We dealt with Mohammed Bakavoli, who said he couldn’t get the medicine due to their “budget.” It honestly felt like they cared more about money than helping a vulnerable person who really needed their medication. Would definitely avoid this place.
When I first joined this pharmacy, I was impressed with the efficiency of service and the support provided by a particular staff member. Unfortunately, after a change in staff, the standard of care went drastically downhill. There were repeated problems with my mother’s dosette box not being ready, combined with long waiting times, and I often had to chase things up myself. I also found the attitude of some of the newer staff less supportive, which only added to the frustration. What started as a positive experience became increasingly disappointing, and in the end I felt I could no longer rely on their service and decided to move to another pharmacy.
Regular patient. Ibrahim has lovely customer service. Come Saturday and he had kindly ordered what we needed. And he is the only one who had patience and is very respectful. 10/10 for him.

Absolutely useless pharmacy. I rang the pharmacy to confirm if my medications are ready and they said they would receive the drugs the next day. I said can I come come collect on that evening which they said is fine, bearing in mind that they shut at 11pm so receive two deliveries a day and had three days to get the stock in! I went to collect one day later than I said I would and they didn’t have it ready!! It was an important drug that needs to be taken daily and they didn’t even offer to help find a pharmacy who have the stock! Never go here if you need medication asap as they will just refuse to order it on time! I understand the item may take more than one day to come in but then do not lie to your patients! You may as well shut at 6pm as you’re totally useless
Extremely courteous and professional staff who in my experience have found to be so dedicated, gentle and kind. They always deal with my GP surgery not sending through repeat prescriptions and always deliver my prescriptions on time. Their opening hours are super convenient too. Highly recommended.
