Very little on shelves Slow service No advanced services Smells a little, last time it was as though a sewer had backed up.

Very disappointing experience. The staff at this pharmacy, especially the dispenser, has a highly unprofessional attitude. Instead of helping patients with care and respect, they respond with unnecessary arrogance and rudeness. The way they communicate is unacceptable ā dismissive tone, unwillingness to listen, and overall poor behavior. As someone visiting for medical needs, I expect empathy and cooperation, not attitude and disrespect. Definitely not coming back here, and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for decent service.
Local pharmacy and very slow queues, was a pharmacy I would recommend until my mother was prescribed a medication that the pharmacy repeatedly told us was out of stock. We spoke to a pharmacists a bit further away and they managed to order the medication and gave us a call when the medication came in. I was told the medication is exclusive to one supplier. Having hope in the community I decided to go back to Ali chem due to it locality and was rudely refused and told to go to the hospital to be prescribed alternative medicine. When it comes to health Iād rather have support and manners.
Professional and polite service. Medication always delivered on time and the staff are very helpful. Telephone calls answered promptly.
Times on here are incorrect. Missed my prescription because of it. Sort it out.

Don't Use, Incompetent and rude. Repeat prescription service they offer is a shambles. The GP surgery send the prescription for my father to the pharmacy every quarter and the pharmacy provide the medications on a monthly basis. However every single month medications are missing, they are then given late after chasing several times. Today 26/01/2021 I spoke to Ali (the owner) absolutely rude regarding another missing item. I had called the day before about 2 missing items the lady confirmed it was their mistake and said they will have to order the medications but we will get them the next day. Next day we only received one of the items. When l called to chase Ali didn't even listen to what l had to say, said it was not their mistake and to speak to GP he then disconnected the call. This is how they treat their customers and run a business. They CAN NOT get a simple prescription right so you are better off going elsewhere which is what l will be doing from now on. They have ZERO customer service skills and are not worthy of my or my families custom.
Excellent repeat prescription service. Always available to help and even go beyond their duty of call by delivering the prescription to the house. Thank you for being incredibly helpful always.
