   I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was not very helpful when I asked questions about my prescription, and I left feeling uncertain rather than reassured. She came across as rather rude and looked disinterested, which made the experience more uncomfortable. he service also felt rushed and lacking in care. I hope the staff can work on being more approachable and attentive to patients.

   Such lovely customer service and such an extensive skincare range. Raj is so lovely. Will definitely be back. Coffee shop at the front is amazing. All in all, customer service at the chemist and the coffee shop is amazing.

   Best coffee and freshly made juices in Southall! The best customer service provided by the lovely, sweet and very friendly Farzana as soon as you just come close to the door. Cosy, little coffee shop with affordable prices and very good quality of the products. If you are in Southall or just passing by, you must pop in! I always enjoy little chat, laugh and my drinks over there!
