Biggest dosa ever! The food was delicious! Highly recommend, there are plenty vegan options. The service was exceptional, everyone was so friendly and kind. Very accommodating and baby friendly. Cannot wait to return!
I had such a lovely experience dining here! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavours and clearly made with care. We were seated and served really quickly, and our server was both polite and genuinely friendly, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed — perfect for a chill date or just a quiet evening out trying new dishes. Everything from the service to the food exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
We booked on first table, great service with friendly staff. We ordered the sharing dosa, black pork curry, lamb korma, Kothu, Hopper and coconut rice. Such rich and fragrant flavours and textures. There is a large variety of unique drinks too! Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!
A fun little place with a pretty varied menu. From what I saw at other people's tables all the food looked good. The food I had was great, the black pork was especially rich. Otherwise the rice hoppers were totally different to what I expected and a genuinely good bew experience for me. Id totally go back and bring people with me. The cocktails were nice but not amazing. Overall, perhaps a little expensive, but its hard to tell at the moment with every price going higher.
Nadu in Bristol was fantastic. The aubergine pickle was a real standout, so good I’d go back just for that. The dosa was perfectly crisp, the Chettinad chicken full of spice and flavor, and the lamb korma rich and comforting. Great food, relaxed vibe and definitely worth a visit.
Went in again! Has become our regular place to go! Staff are so kind, we arrived later than our booked time due to some difficulties and they did their best to accommodate us. Every dish was so delightful, we just enjoyed every bit of it! And on top, when they came to know it was my husband’s birthday, they even surprised us with birthday cake / dessert with little candles! How sweet! They just made the birthday even more special! Authentic South Indian food, amazing ambience and great hospitality. My favourite in Bristol!
The food and the atmosphere here is truly amazing. Everything about the restaurant including the food,drinks and service were top notch. Loved the experience. A must try place for Asians and everyone else as well.
Great place for Sri Lankan food. Excellent flavorful food with options with meat, fish and veggie. The fish curry and the grilled prawns in particular were outstanding for me. The black pork belly was also very tasty. They also have some interesting cocktail options that were delicious. As someone who loves exploring lots of different flavours, this was a great place to come with a group of 4 so we could order lots of different dishes.
Great place for authentic south Indian food! The tear and share dosa is HUGE and you definitely need two overly hungry people to finish it. Their kothu is a classic delight. Also great place for cocktails! All and all great experience!
It was a great experience in Nadu. To start of with we were lucky to get a table without pre booking, but generally it is very crowded. So reservation is a safe option. Talking about the services, the staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. We started receiving our order within a few minutes of ordering. The food was really delicious and very well presented. The massive "Tear and share Dosa" was just the dosa I remember from India and a must have according to me. Apart from that the Seasonal Fish Curry (don't remember the original name) was also very nice. Overall extremely satisfied.
