   I’ve been a regular customer at this pharmacy for years, and on this occasion I bought a medication as I normally do. When I opened the box, I found it had been taped shut, and the blister pack inside was completely empty, with pieces of ripped cardboard placed inside to make it look full. When I returned to the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me that he “trusts everyone who works here” and that this couldn’t have happened on their side. But it clearly did, because I have never returned medication in my life and I still have many unopened boxes at home that I’ve only used once or twice. I know for a fact that I did not tamper with this product. I was also told that medicines cannot be refunded or exchanged. I understand the usual policy, but under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, pharmacies are allowed to refund or replace a product if it is faulty, unsafe, or not in its original condition. This item was clearly not as described and posed a serious safety concern. Because they refused to refund or replace it, I had no choice but to buy another box, meaning I ended up paying twice for the same item. Due to the seriousness of this issue, and the lack of accountability from the pharmacy, I have reported the incident to Trading Standards. I hope the pharmacy takes this seriously and properly investigates what happened so that no other customer experiences something like this.

   I contacted them after experiencing a dental issue and was quickly referred to a doctor. They clearly explained what might help, and the doctor agreed and prescribed the appropriate treatment. Incredibly helpful, efficient, and supportive exactly the kind of service people need. Highly recommended!

   Terrible service, last night I had gone to pick up the medicine using the private GP e- prescription and the pharmacist doesn’t even know how to handle those e-prescriptions, though it was clearly instructed what the pharmacist has to do. She adamantly kept saying the prescription has to be sent by the doctor. Please train your staff to handle e prescriptions. I took the same prescription to another pharmacy and it was accepted instantly and no questions asked. If you are not able to handle e-prescriptions , please delist yourself from accepting them.

   Their program sometimes starts at 07:30 and they open an 10:00 AM . Even right now in this moment they are closed when they ment to be open . Very bad !!!
