   I had a fantastic experience at Stratwicks Pharmacy thanks to Dr who helped me get the right inhaler. Their professionalism, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. They took the time to answer my questions, gave me great advice and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It's rare to find such genuine customer service these days! I would highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you once again.

   The woman behind the counter is not very pleasant, however I noticed that she is more accommodating towards white customers. It’s also severely overpriced and if wouldn’t be referred by gp, wouldn’t come here. Pharmacist seemed nice and knowledgeable.

   one staff member at stratwicks is extremely rude his name is Mohammad and I always find him to be rude intimidating and aggressive I usually avoid calling the pharmacy because of this particular man the pharmacy should do something about it as he is giving them a bad reputation.

   My go to pharmacy in Harrow, Friendly service, and the main pharmacist is always happy to give u advise for minor issues and suggest meditation. I always get their advise first before making any doctors appointment. Using them more than 15 years , highly recommended!!

   I spoke to someone from the pharmacy who was very rude. My mum has been given blood pressure tablets. When they went to collect this they were not given this. They came home thinking that this medication should have been included. Apparently they check a shelf to see what medication is ready and not the system. The gentleman was very rude. You can’t expect a customer to come back and forth to collect medication. If there is something that is for the patient it should all be given together and it should be explained to the patient what the medicine is for. Very disappointed

   Unbiased, not paid nor related to this family-run business. Old school charm and service, called me twice to follow through on my prescription (both with me and my GP) with sound advice on choices when the medication prescribed was discontinued. You do not get service like this anymore and is a great example of why our highstreets should not be taken over the big chains.
