   Everything takes very long here… Plan your visit accordingly. 35 minutes just for collections is way too long. Boots does it less than 10…

   I've been using this Pharmacy for about 3 years. They are always so polite, friendly and helpful even when it's obvious they are extremely busy. Visit at peak times and of course you may need to wait but they have still been very quick in my experience.

   Update: It is getting better. They seem to have added staff which helps but still have long lines sometimes. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 2 years now and it just seems to be getting worse. The people are nice but there just aren’t enough of them to serve the volume of customers. The waiting time for your prescription can be insane. They don’t fill anything until you get there and it always seems like the pharmacist is away at lunch at random times. This week I waited 40 minutes for antibiotics while holding an irritated infant in my arms and no one seemed to care. They also never seem to have everything in stock so you have to come back for the remainder and wait the same amount of time for a prescription “that’s already been filled.” I don’t mind if this happens occasionally but this feels like the norm. I’ve probably spent a total of 10 hours of my life now just waiting at this pharmacy. It’s the closest one to me but I’m going to have to find a new one if it doesn’t improve. It’s just not worth it.

   I agree with the reviewer below - the slowness the last few months has been incredibly noticeable. This is such a shame, because the regular staff are wonderful - truly the nicest, most helpful and attentive people. But for some reason, it now takes 20 minutes to collect a prescription? Even when you call ahead and ask if it’s ready, you’re left waiting. It’s such a shame, I think this is a wonderful chemist with a great selection of goods, and as mentioned, fantastic front-of-house staff. I hope they get things back to normal soon!

   They always go above and beyond for their customers. I am regular at the pharmacy and always feel looked after and cared for whenever I’m there. Feel privileged and lucky to have a local pharmacy that’s as lovely and amazing as Charles Harry :)

   It has a good stock of toiletries and medicine. I personally didn't like the "only 2" customers allowed in, as there are no one at the doors to control, but you are likely to be told at one stage by the "caged" staff. It is a big place and could have been better organized. However, staff was pleasant and i did get what I came for.
