   I walked into C K Pharmacy as I was feeling unwell and needed expert advice on what medication to take for my symptoms as I knew if I called a doctor it will be a while until I get to speak to one as it was not a great emergency. A lovely pharmacist by the name of Mr Abreu asked me to take a sit in the private room. He did basic checks on me like temperature etc and asked many questions on how I was feeling. He then prescribed me the relevant medication there and then which saved me a lot of time calling my surgery, waiting for an appointment or a call back. I was so so impressed with Mr Abreu as when I went to my usual chemist a few days ago, they were too busy to even talk to me and said I had to make an appointment to speak to the pharmacist for a basic advice! My medication was given to me by Heena who was also lovely and advised me on how many times I should take it and other medications. Thank you for helping me out C K Pharmacy. Mr Abreu went above and beyond as he could see I was feeling unwell and helped me immediately. Highly recommended pharmacy.

   Went to this pharmacy to get piriton for my son who had an allergic reaction, as I was waiting for the lady to give me the piriton my son vomited while he was waiting with me, even though me and my 9 year old son apologised multiple times and cleaned up the mess up I still got attitude form the staff on top I understood everything they were saying in their own language. She kept on asking me if i still wanted to buy the piriton while i was cleaning up, it is common sense that if my child had an allergic reaction while outside after school which he normally doesn’t have I would want the medication.

   Hi, this is very rear for me to take the time to write a review about a service whether good and bad, as it takes time and effort and if it’s bad I just don’t go to the restaurant or shop again. But today Saturday, I had to send a review as I’ve been to many high street and local pharmacies in the past and at times felt just another person, but today an Asian women gave me advice re my tablets especially during this hot weather on how to take them and other advice to make sure I survive this hot weather. She treated me like I was a member of her family and was so kind and caring and very professional, which is rare to find nowadays. Sorry I did not get her name, but I thought I had to write a review, but she did mention, that she was a locum pharmacist. If I was you Pharmacist you better sign her up as good staff are hard to find these days and though she only spent a few minutes with me, if felt like she was speaking to me for 30 mins and the information she gave was so useful. I hope she stays and I see her then again in the future. Mr. D
