   Initial review in February 2025: I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars. I could cry in frustration, how awful they are. I ring them 20-25x in a day and no one ever answers - when questioned they say “it didn’t ring”. It rings in front of me when I am stood there. Shaheen the pharmacist needs to sort this out. Update October 2025: I raised this complaint to superdrug pharmacies head office & since then, honestly they are much much better. Shaheen has become alot more polite & Roli (new technician) is super helpful. Thank you for taking the feedback on board & for your willingness to do better.

   I hate writing this but this is what it’s come to due to my deep frustration regarding the service at Superdrug Pharmacy, Harrow-on-the- Hill. For almost four years, I've endured what I can only describe as a deeply disappointing and often distressing experience. It pains me to say this, but I believe your pharmacy may be one of the worst I've encountered. The core of my anguish stems from your seemingly willful refusal to answer phone calls. It's not just patients who suffer - GPs and even hospitals struggle to reach you. Do you realise the anxiety and inconvenience this causes? The emotional toll of walking to your pharmacy, filled with hope that my prescription is ready, only to be turned away empty-handed, is immense. A simple phone call could prevent this, if only you'd pick up, this is something shared by GPs. The situation with repeat prescriptions is equally heartbreaking. Time and again, I arrive as scheduled, only to face yet another disappointment and a long wait. Your claims of staff shortages ring hollow when I see three staff members yet still face inefficiency. This isn't just poor service - it feels like a cruel disregard for patients' wellbeing. Your pharmacy should be a place of healing and support. Instead, it's become a source of stress and frustration. I implore you to reflect on the impact your service has on your patients. We deserve better. Please, for the sake of all who depend on you make the necessary changes to provide the care and respect your patients desperately need. This just can’t go on.

   The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful just acts like she hasn’t seen you standing there it is always under staffed and repeat prescriptions are never ready to be collected and often they are unable to order medication and do not inform you until you turn up because you have run out of your medication absolutely the worst most poorly run pharmacy I have ever seen with terrible customer service not fit for purpose!

   Worst pharmacy ever.They are sleeping instead of checking for prescriptions and prepare them.

   The worst service , pharmacist never there at afternoon time , waiting to collect yesterdays prescription 1 hour. Ridiculous
