It was very busy last time I visited, can't fault the staff they are friendly and helpful, prices are sky high, and the queue was all the way to the door. Try and go at a quiet time not late in the afternoon when everybody is picking up their prescriptions!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced, they forget to give medications they say are in the bag, then they blame the customer saying you are lying. They make mistakes with dispensing of medications and sometimes don’t have meds ordered. They lose details such as prepayment certificates and then tell the customer they must have forgot to pay for it, then don’t apologise when given the details again. They often get names badly mis pronounced/ don’t ask how to pronounce it, they lack cultural sensitivity and are terribly disorganised and unkind in manner. They lack basic customer service skills.
I've been with this pharmacy for years, and especially recently they have been very helpful and supportive. One of the lovely pharmacists helped me sign up for the prepaid prescription when I was just too ill to figure it out by myself! They may be small but they're particularly friendly!
