As a long time customer of Lloyds Pharmacy I was shocked to find that the branch in Sainsbury's, Stanmore, had closed down. I had walked there to collect my prescriptions. I returned home empty handed. I should have been told by text of its closure. I am 86 and expect better service.
Thank you taghreed for such a wonderful service. She helped me alot .very lovely lady and would recommend this pharmacy to my friends. Thank you once again
Avoid Avoid ! Absolutely useless bunch of people who doesn't want to work. They will keep looking for excuses not to serve. Keep chatting behind counters on phone but won't help customers !
Useless pharmacy never have the medicines in stock. Rude and unhelpful staff didn’t even apologise for not letting me know they couldn’t get meds. Sent me to another pharmacy who had medicine but couldn’t give as Lloyds could not release it? Absolute shambles wasted half a day and still haven’t got prescriptions for something very simple. Will be making a complaint to HO.
Attended with my 10 month old and asked if the pharmacist could check his temperature as advised by my GP. I was told "This is GP's work. We cannot do it." I explained my GP had asked me to attend and they refused. I was left with no choice but to buy a digital thermometer whilst there to check it myself which cost £26.99. Absolutely appalling.

Always very helpful and wonderful to have them inside Sainsbury's in stanmore so I shop at the same time
