   I just had the most shocking experience from the Richmond farmecy. I wanted to ask the farmecy a question and the cashier said to me that it wasn't OK to disturb her. As if that wasn't bad enough he contineud saying that we don't get a penny from the government and we don't feel obliged to offer the services. At this stage he pointed the hand towards the door. I have never complained about any kind of behaviour but this was the most shocking and disturbing and upsetting experience I had ever recieved from any farmecy.

   I recently visited Richmond Pharmacy (Sheen Road) and I wanted to say “thank you” to the wonderful team for the high quality of their helpful and professional customer service. It is refreshing to visit a (new to me) customer facing business and come away having had a ‘good old fashioned’ experience of customer service delivered exactly as it should be. Excellent.

   How I miss this chemist! I used this chemist for about eighteen months and they are clearly the best. I was very ill at the start of this year and they delivered medication to my door. Extremely helpful. I moved to Hampton and my current chemist is not very good. I really miss this place. Best wishes to all staff. Do you think you could set up another chemist in Hampton please?    Although this is a very competent chemist, they are also rude and unfriendly - mostly in an off-hand way. I left feeling quite unwelcome and dissatisfied; in the future I will walk the extra five minutes to use a different chemist (one that isn't owned by this family - they own quite a few, I have discovered). There are many lovely chemists with helpful and friendly staff that make you feel valued and welcome - this is *not* one of them.
