I had a walk-in prescription to fill and happened to be in the area. The pharmacist was unreasonably rude when handling a few basic questions. Full of impatience, when there weren’t any other customers. What a character! I don’t know where he received his professional training, but his speciality seems to be in denigrating and being harsh on others. It would be great if he could treat other humans with basic respect. The wait for the prescription was unusually long. The pharmacist went through every protocol slowly and repeatedly to prolong the wait as far as possible. Terrible service. Will not visit again.

A lovely, friendly pharmacy where they always go out of their way to be helpful. When every other pharmacy couldn’t source my medication, they managed to. Old fashioned perhaps, but that is by no means a negative.
I went into this pharmacy and I couldn't reach any of the items I wanted as they had blocked access to the front of the shop. Instead I had to ask for everything. I'm sure the person serving me made some kind of mistake as all I bought was some paracetamol, ear plugs and diarolite and they charged me £20.42! I asked for a copy of the recebjt they weren't able to give it to me! They said they would email it but they never did! I went back into the pharmacy and told them I hadn't received the email and they took my email address again. I still haven't received the email!
