I had my flu jab today here, the online booking process was very smooth and the thing I found most commendable was the staff.. the ladies were very nice and welcoming, especially this girl named Lateefa (hope I'm spelling her name right) who gave me the flu jab was really polite and kind, she addressed all my concerns beautifully with a big smile. Really appreciate such behaviour! Highly recommended !

This is the best chemist in Stanmore, staff are very friendly and helpful. If they donβt have what youβre looking for they will try order in which I find is great. The range of perfumes, skincare and other toiletries is also great! I would highly recommend!

Avoid. We were moved to here when sainsburys closed. Go to cannons pharmacy instead! Given a used medical device which I had to return back to them. I then emailed to ask them to complete and SEA and send me the outcome. Never got an email back to even acknowledge nor an outcome. This was potentially fatal had I managed to try to use the disease - a risk of blood transmitted infections. Our medications were never ready on time despite calling to check. I was uncomfortable waiting there when busy in a small environment as I was pregnant. We also suspect our medication from there contained biscuit bugs which caused a huge infestation in the house. We have now moved to cannons pharmacy and nothing but exceptional care there. Lots of help fullness and smiles but care pharmacy doesn't really care I felt!

Proceed with extreme caution. I advise that you do not see the chemist for advice. I feel it's important to share what happened to me at Care Chemist, to keep you all safe. I visited the pharmacy for help with a sensitive area on my skin. The chemist and I talked for a long time, and she gave me a cream. Sadly, when I used it, my skin felt like it was burning. I trusted that a professional instructed I use this cream so carried on using it for the remainder of the day (afternoon - evening). Mentally, I had a lot more anxiety about my skin. Later, I found out the cream had a big warning that said not to use it on that sensitive area. When I told the pharmacy about this, the next morning, the chemist who gave me the cream wasn't around. Also, the people at the pharmacy were very apologetic and very shocked at the cream that the chemist gave me. They (people at the pharmacy), promised the chemist would call me. I found this strange and it seemed unprofessional to me to have this chemist ring me on my personal number. This person is not my friend, I wanted nothing to do with this chemist after my experience. Days later, she did call, but she sounded irritated and apparently didn't remember our chat and apparently was instructed to ring me but had no clue why. It worried me a lot. She was nothing like the patient and kind chemist who spoke to me for perhaps 20 minutes, whilst I detailed and showed pictures of my skin concern. Serious negligence here. I went to my doctor, who was really shocked by what had happened. After that, I didn't go back to that pharmacy. I really think it's important for you all to be careful or maybe avoid getting advice from that particular chemist at Care Chemist. I wouldnβt want anyone else to go through what I did.

This place is dangerous. Use at your own risk. I am an occasional visitor to the UK. I have used Care Pharmacy twice this year, as it's near to where I stay. The first time, back in May, I asked for some paracetamol. Only after taking 2 tablets did I notice on the box that I'd been given something which contains both paracetamol and added caffeine. The second visit (with a much more serious error), was this week. I wanted some cream to relieve the symptoms of eczema, and explained that it was for around my eyes. The pharmacist opened a glass cabinet, checked 3 different creams, and sold me one called Cicaplast which she said would definitely be OK to use around my eyes. Today, the area all around my eyes is red, inflamed, tight, and incredibly painful. It's been like this for 2 days. So I checked the label on the tube and it says "avoid the eye contour area". I have no idea what the pharmacist was reading when she checked the directions for me. Avoid this pharmacy, people. It's not safe. I shall be making a formal complaint later on.

I have been going to Care Pharmacy in Stanmore for three years. It is always a pleasure to go in as you are always greeted with a warm smile and help is always available from the Pharmacist., no matter the query they deal with it so kindly, nothing is too much trouble to them. Thank you CARE pharmacy, you really do care. Beverly

Lovely pharmacy. The staff is always lovely especially the lady, I totally forgot her name, she is Romanian and brunette. I think Maya is her name. Whenever I need some advices , she always been there for me. She loves her job and takes care about customers. In the future , I hope they will bring products from La Roche Posay. I love the brand but I canβt find in the pharmacy but I buy Avene instead , as the lady advised me.

Long live the independent pharmacy shop! There is something very special about knowing one's pharmacist and their team not only recognise you but care about how you are. I feel privileged to have that relationship with Care Chemist, Stanmore. They liaise with my GP and nothing is too much trouble. They are always happy to answer questions, give advice and generally keep-up-to-date with how I'm doing. This has always been the case - though since the first lock down their caring attitude has been even more obvious; I was telephoned to make sure I was OK - and told not to worry about prescriptions as they would be delivered. I wholeheartedly recommend them and praise their consistent helpful & attentive approach.
