   Went to my pharmacy first, lead male pharmacist was compassionate and listened to my concerns. After an examination he had given me antibiotics. He was reassuring that I will get better. Overall the pharmacy was clean, friendly staff and very attentive.

   I really enjoy visiting Canos Pharmacy, especially because of the excellent customer service provided by Irina. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. However, I wanted to raise two points that affected my recent experience: 1. Temperature inside the store: On hot summer days, it’s been extremely uncomfortable inside the pharmacy. I noticed the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working, and even after mentioning it, nothing was done. It gives the impression that cost-saving is being prioritised over customer and employees comfort. While waiting for my prescription, I would normally browse and even make additional purchases, but the heat made it hard to stay in the shop for long. I also feel for the staff who have to work in such conditions. 2. Delayed prescription order: I had ordered a medicine and was told it would arrive in the following days. When I returned, it still wasn’t ready and I had to come back again, which was a bit frustrating. Because of Irina’s service, I would love to give five stars, she truly deserves it. But due to the overall comfort and reliability concerns, I’m leaving a three-star rating. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do want to continue supporting my local pharmacy. Thank you!

   Absolutely the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Another pharmacy had my prescription but failed to inform me that they wouldn’t be issuing the full amount. I only found out when I called to check on it myself. Frustrated, I reached out to Cannon’s Pharmacy—and I’m so glad I did. The man I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he arrange a prescription payment plan because he anticipated I’d need more medication (and he was right), but he also immediately understood my condition and responded with genuine empathy. He even arranged delivery of the medication directly to me, ensuring I got it as quickly as possible. Thanks to his care, efficiency, and compassion, I was able to start my treatment right away and make a full recovery. Truly outstanding service.

   Such an amazing pharmacy! We got moved from sainsburys to care pharmacy who were beyond shocking. Though a little further from us, we opted to try cannons and have not looked back. Every single person so lovely and kind. Very efficient. Go over and above to help. I have just had a baby and they have been incredible helping me as needed. Thank you to each and every one of you.

   Such a kind, lovely, empathetic team here. I’ve always had such a great experience. The main pharmacist has been so kind this week trying to resolve issues with receiving a prescription from an online GP - going above and beyond trying to improve the patient experience and make the process seamless. We appreciate his kindness and professionalism! Would always choose Canons Pharmacy over any other local pharmacy.

   They used to be brilliant but lately I have found them rather dismissive and rude. It could be that they are busy but sometimes customers need support. The male pharmacist remains lovely and helpful. Also I welcome the fact that we have to wear masks but why don’t the staff - the lady at the counter has it on her chin?

   Superb pharmacy run by husband and wife team who bend over backwards to be helpful to everyone. They and their assistants always have a cheerful smile and will happily deliver prescriptions or anything urgent if you cannot get to their shop personally.

   I have been using Canons Pharmacy intermittently for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that they always have an excellent service, from preparing your prescription to serving you with everyday items that you need. They are very proffesional and have always given me excellent advice. They are extremely friendly and welcoming when I go in and always greeted with a smile. They have adapted very well to the pressure of Covid-19 and it’s great to see the measures they have implemented to keep both their lovely staff and all their patients safe. Would recommend all to this pharmacy for their efficiency and customer care - wonderful work!
