Recently, the doctor's surgery totally messed up over two consecutive days with two urgent medication prescriptions from the Palliative Care Team. Jade Pharmacy patiently worked with me even when I was asking about progress many times a day, gave us advice that was crucial in progressing one of them, and then went way above anything I would expect any pharmacy to do to help ensure my mother got her desperately-needed medication in time. “I've been using this Pharmacy for quite a few years now and in comparison to the others , they are definitely helpful, informative and care about the well being of their patients. I find that that they are also very personal and know their patients on a first name basis. Knowledgeable since I normally call for advice for myself and the rest of the family if I'm not sure the ailment requires an appointment or not, and I always get practical advice or asked to come in so they can see what the issue is. I usually try to request my prescriptions in advance with the doctor , but I always seem to forget and have just a few left before I put in my new prescription. In this insistence the Alpha Pharmacy send the prescription for me ( to the surgery) and then after a few days deliver it to my door, before I run out. It's always so thoughtful, and stops me chasing my doctors surgery and also the chemist. A brilliant service for our community, which require these important places on a daily basis, keep up the good work and thank you for all your support and assistance you have given to me and my family. I hope others get to experience this brilliant customer service you offer.”

“I've been using goddards since 2013 and I must say they are amazing. I've had 2 cats neutered (male and female) by Jo and 1 dog (female) and I must say the process has been nothing short of excellent. Jo is a godsend. She's very caring and kind. They are professional yet very caring and understanding. They treated my exempt "xl bully" with nothing but love and care. She was very well looked after during her day at the clinic and was given alot of affection. Highly recommend this vets. All the staff are brilliant. A little bit more expensive than surrounding vets but worth every penny just for the service alone. The vets itself is always clean, I like that it's never busy/overcrowded in the waiting room like other vets, appointments 99.9% of the time are on time, parking literally on the doorstep.”
