Really poor service. Booked flu jab with 1week notice. Arrived for jab and told no stock available. Didn’t even have courtesy to phone to cancel appointment. Won’t be going back.
Really helpful service helped me get an emergency perscription within 10 minutes and very knowledgeable and friendly. Also open on Sundays which is a huge plus when you need a last minute perscription!
I am extremely disappointed with the service. After being referred between various local pharmacies and my GP, I was assured that my prescription would be ready on the same day or could be collected any day thereafter. However, upon attending the pharmacy, I was informed that the item was not in stock and would need to be re-ordered. This is both inconvenient and unacceptable.
I like Andrew’s pharmacy the staff is friendly and helpful especially Dave he is good enough to suggest medication for some basic health issues it does help to avoid GP visits. However, the medicines are a bit costly. The rest I would ask others to use the services

Service seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes the pharmacist on staff is very helpful and kind with advice. Sometimes (like today) uninterested in helping - curt, a bit rude to be honest. And there was no one else waiting for service. It wasn't a particularly satisfactory visit. On the other hand, I've had good service at other times. So as I say: hit and miss. Good luck.
Got my RT-PCR Covid test done here, which is required during international travel. Usually, you can expect the results within 48 hours, but my flight was on very next day, and they gave me the result on the same day along with fit to fly certificate. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and honest, and they will give priority if you have any urgency. Thanks for the entire team and special thanks to Mr Vishal. It is highly recommended for hassle-free Covid tests at the best price.
Got my private Covid test done here and they were brilliant. Would recommend anyone to go here the results came in the following day no hassle. Helpful and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable.
Experienced a best service at Andrews, went there for my parents Covid Test (fit for travel). From start till we receive the results Vishal @Andrews Pharmacy helped us beyond our expectation. The process was made so simple by his effort for my elderly parents that they only have praise for him and we were well informed in regards to the time frame for the results. Nothing negative to say as there is none. Highly recommended for hassle free Covid Tests.
