Staffed by thoroughly unpleasant & unprofessional Chemist & other support staff whose Behaviour, Communication & People skills are non - existent & management should take note of it!
I went to Superdrug pharmacy in Edgware to collect a prescription for my daughter and they made me wait 30 minutes. When I went one of the ladies who works there told me I had to wait few minutes because the pharmacist was busy with a patient. I went around the shopping centre and I went back to Superdrug pharmacy after 20 minutes. When I got there a male staff member told me to wait because the pharmacist was with a patient. This was not the case. I saw the pharmacist sitting in the little room they have by himself with the door open. I said to this male staff member that the pharmacist was in the room by himself but he still told me to wait. So I waited other 10 minutes before I collected the prescription. Even if the pharmacist was busy with a patient for a consultation they could knock to the door and ask him to sign. Last week this Superdrug pharmacy did not accept my dermatologist prescription because she did not write the percentage of a steroid cream. The percentage was 0.5%. I went to Derek Clarke pharmacy and they accepted my prescription. They said the dermatologist did not need to write the percentage of the steroid cream as she wrote 100 gr. The staff who works in this Superdrug pharmacy in Edgware is ridiculous and unhelpful! They like making stories about prescriptions! Go to elsewhere please where staff members do not give you hassle! I have already changed my child’s nominated pharmacy including mine and my family’s nominated pharmacy.
Let down by unprofessional, pedantic pharmacist. What a shame!
Most times, they pharmacy doesn’t have the medication prepared in time for you to collect despite ordering in advance. They will ask you to return after some hours or the next day. The phones are unanswered when you try to call to find out if the prescriptions are ready.
They will make you wait for 10-15 minutes and then ask you to come back after 20 minutes and when you come back, you will have to wait another 10-15 minutes to get your order! Happened more than once! Not sending my order here again!
