   Generally fine, but really need to incorporate the word "sorry" into their vocabulary. There seem to be supply issues of late and a complete lack of communication. Several family members have had to chase them for days on end and on one occasion when they failed to deliver and my dad had to go and pick up a prescription, they forgot the insulin because it was in the fridge. No apology. Medicine is a serious business and should be treated accordingly.

   Not a fan of this pharmacy. I wanted a particular medicine and called to ask if it was vegan friendly and they were clueless when I asked if there were any animal derived ingredients in the medicine. They said something like: “it’s just normal medicine” which wasn’t helpful. I went to another local pharmacy and they were much more helpful than Osbon Pharmacy. It really has gone downhill from when this was Mckenzie pharmacy. The old pharmacists under the previous owners were friendlier and more helpful.

   My family and I recently visited Osbon Pharmacy for our travel vaccinations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in Hansa and Raj were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every vaccine, answer all our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. They both were was especially kind and patient with our daughter, which made the whole appointment stress-free and even enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, quick, and efficient — we were in and out in no time, with all the right vaccines for our destination. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines medical expertise with such genuine care for their patients. I would highly recommend Osbon Pharmacy to anyone needing travel vaccines or just great pharmacy service in general. We’ll definitely be coming back! A massive thank you to Hansa and Raj!

   I would give 0 stars if possible. Went today with my child for a flu vaccination, with a valid booking confirmation. Despite explaining that she’s fully eligible and showing proof from the NHS website, they kept finding reasons not to do it. Very poor customer service and lack of willingness to help — the staff’s attitude made us feel as though we were a disturbance rather than patients seeking care. It left me speechless. I just took my child and left, as it got to a point where I didn’t even want them to touch her with that attitude. Today, 17/10/25 @16:15.

   Worst service ever, worst staff I have never seen something like that in my whole life. They are always out of stock, they prefer to speak on the phone…. they pretend to work. In my opinion, the pharmacy needs new staff there.

   Generally quite moody and rude and talk amongst themselves. Need to learn how to treat customers (doesn’t cost anything to be polite). Won’t be getting any prescriptions from there going forwards.

   The staff weren't friendly. The dispensing assistant/technician/pharmacist who handed out my medication to me did not even go through the medication that was prescribed, the dose, how to use, etc. I work in a pharmacy (hospital) myself and I know what service should be provided to patients, and the service I received fell short by a few hundred miles! Improve your service to your patients Osbon Pharmacy!
