Hands down the best pharmacy we've ever used in the past 50 years. They are helpful, efficient and fast. Get things right first time and every time. I'm grateful our gp recommended them, becuase getting accurate prescriptions on time is critical and we used to go through a nightmare with a previous pharmacy. Thank you Jade Pharmacy.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Jade Pharmacy. Google shows their closing time as 7 PM, so after my GP appointment at 5 PM, I specifically chose this pharmacy to collect my prescription the same day. However, when I arrived at 6 PM, I was told they were already closed. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. Accurate opening hours are important.
We switched my mother to Jade Pharmacy Egdware from our cold impersonal supermarket pharmacy. We have not found even one downside in doing so. We are incredibly happy with Jade Pharmacy. Recently, the doctor's surgery totally messed up over two consecutive days with two urgent medication prescriptions from the Palliative Care Team. Jade Pharmacy patiently worked with me even when I was asking about progress many times a day, gave us advice that was crucial in progressing one of them, and then went way above anything I would expect any pharmacy to do to help ensure my mother got her desperately-needed medication in time. Very impressed.

What a great pharmacy and primarily because of the fantastic lady cashier who always checks is the medicine kosher for me, always asks how is my family, always smiles, always wishes to get well! What a difference to the day! Salary increase please for this colleague!
Great pharmacy that knows their repeat prescriptions customers well. Very caring and empathetic. Fantastic to see when a lot of other pharmacies have lost that personal connection.
Good pharmacy even though it is outdated. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially in an emergency. Alot of the products are old and have been sitting there for awhile unfortunately. However, for pharmacy services they are excellent and very good.
Been going here for a couple of years and they have always been willing to help me and and advise when I've needed it. Don't always think to review places you always go but I think this Pharmacy is great for Edgware. Thanks for the service
