The staff is extremely helpful and and always have a smile. Recently had my vaccinations there - prefer them to my surgery.
Got a tub of Cetomacrogol Cream from them on 28/05/2024. Shop assistant looked up price, then said it was £7.99. Was surprised how expensive this seemed compared to the last time I got it 9 months ago, but paid the price I was asked for. Got some more tubs from Superdrug on 29/05/2024. Was charged £5.02 per tub. So Derek Clarke Pharmacy charged me 59% more than Superdrug! Either they are racketeering, or shop assistant made a mistake in how much I was charged. Either way, AVOID!
Was intending to get vaccinations done at Boots which was required for work and been told it can be done after calling them and making appointment. Arrived on appointment day but refused to give me vaccinations as it was for work purposes. WHY Boots give out wrong information if cannot do what needs to be done. Left me panicking to look for another pharmacy that could do vaccinations. Walked into Derek Clarke Pharmacy explained situation and was advised it could been done but some vaccinations out of stock. Pharmacist advised she will order for next day. Next morning Pharmacist even called me saying vacines have arrived. Went in within the hr she called me and had ALL vaccinations that I needed. Everything done within 24hrs. Well done Derek Clarke Pharmacy. Definitely worth recommended.
