   Been with this chemist for about 18 years they are the absolute best, you can always call up and speak to someone on the phone who Will help , they never ever mess up with my prescriptions and even pre order for me , they are so friendly and nice and I never wait long in the shop for my medication . I once changed chemist to one closer to me when I moved and I went straight back to jades within a month because of the excellence they are overall! Highly recommend.

   Always have been stocked with mine and my daughters medications so were able to just grab and go! The pharmacists are very helpful and help where they can. They also sell some great bits in the shop, when you have a little one and can’t rush out to the supermarket I can grab the bits I need when I pop into the pharmacy which is a life saver! Thank you so much

   I was late 2 minutes on my flu vaccine and there’s a couple who just came a minute with me. They don’t have appointment, they were walked in. The pharmacist gave priority to these couple and I was told because I was late 2 minutes but I waited for almost 20 minutes. The problem is if they were late for minutes it’s ok they’ll just say sorry but if the patient was late then you’ll take the consequences.. which is not fair . I am very disappointed ☹️

   I always get my prescription meds there, and everyone is friendly. However, and even though I understand the need to say my name and date of birth to prove my identity, there is absolutely no need to say my address loudly and make sure everyone in the queue hears. As of this moment, anyone has my name, dob and address. If they ask questions for security, then don't compromise my personal data like that. I might have to go to a pharmacy further away to make sure my personal data is protected, because at Jade, it isn't.
