   Visited today for a flu vaccination I had booked via the NHS app. I greeted the pharmacist politely on arrival. I was answered in quite a rude tone by the pharmacist, 'I don't know why you were able to book it, we ran out of the vaccine 2 weeks ago.' No apology. In fact I was made to feel like somehow I was at fault. Manners cost nothing. Unimpressed.

   Penicillin was discovered in 1928 and since then the lives of many people were saved. Yet, in 2023, in this local pharmacy close to two medical practices, they do not have penicillin and they advise to come the next day, twice, like it is a t-shirt and we can wait until it is available.

   Bought a product from this pharmacy and the seal to the bottle was broken on opening, I returned to the store expecting to swap it for an unbroken bottle. The lead pharmacist today accused me to breaking the bottle myself and returning to ask for a new one - the logic makes zero sense so it astounds me as to why she’d suggest this and she proceeded to be not helpful in the slightest. No resolution was reached. Terrible customer service, do not recommend. If I could put zero stars I would

   The timings on Google are incorrect. Arrived at 4.15pm to collect urgent Antibiotics on a Sunday only to find this place closed (supposedly open until 6.30pm). Please update your Google timings as it can be difficult to find an open pharmacy on a Sunday!

   Super helpful, friendly staff and easy to get a flu jab appointment. Very careful to make sure there aren’t too many people in the store which I also found very reassuring.

   Literally came to pick something up just now, got here at 18:26 and 2 members of staff were locking up and turned me away. I understand that its 4 minutes to closing (you guys close at 18:30) but I would have literally been in and out in 1 minute.

   Best pharmacy by miles. The pharmacist is so friendly and full of advice. Staff are always nice and polite. Very handy as Drs is around the corner too.
