   Self service only unless you're wanting a return or exchange. Staff too busy yakking to each other, shouldn't be in the job. Won't be buying from any Primark again until these issues are resolved and you reinstate proper human service instead of self serve checkouts.

   Good selection of Christmas jumpers this year. Only a few issues the long ques of people, and some of the staff seem so uninterested and talk to you like there asleep.

   Very poor lot of shops boarded up mostly charity shops, nail bars and pound shops. In my opinion East Kilbride has went downhill in recent years it used to be a vibrant town . Now it looks like a large castlemilk arcade.

   I prefer this primark as there's more choice always staff tidy up there's toilets and a cafe aswell can get busy but queue go down quickly
