   Last spring, my daughter and I visited Tots and Tykes, to get her summer attire, there we asked the assistant for prices on the garments we liked, when she told us, I was really surprised at their low costs, I then said that I am not sure of sizes, the lady assistant surveyed her height and asked her age, and she suggested some items, she advised if they don’t fit, we can exchange them with no hassle, (it transpired they fitted her perfectly and we didn’t need to) We ended up buying dresses, a doll, socks and school clothes too, she gave us a very competitve deal on them all. I was so thrilled with her prices We found the assistant so professional and friendly, we felt so comfortable with her - my daughter keeps asking to go back there and we have returned since. The beautiful dresses we got have been abused and covered in mud, ketchup etc - after many good washes they still look the same as they left the shop. Thank you again to that lovely lady who served us. We will continue to return to support this amazing local independent business, Tot and Tykes - Recommended.

   Staff unwelcoming and make you feel like she doesn't want you having a look at what she's selling. I would suggest only going in if you know exactly what you want without looking around the shop as she seems to not like that. She watched my every move and everything I picked up she told me she didn't have it in the size I was looking for even though I was holding it in the correct size. I walked out and will take my business elsewhere, there are far nicer baby shops that actually appreciate their customers.
