   This has got to be the best baby shop ever. Paula and Loretta couldn't be more helpful and accommodating every time we go in (which is often). The quality of goods and prices (especially when there is a sale on is amazing). We used to go to other baby shops but Bubbles is by far the best. Cathie and Gemma.

   The shop has beautiful clothes but I am put off going in because of the extremely rude shop assistant.. older lady blonde hair!? I never leave reviews but for such a nice little local shop I wanted to make them aware that she is not only rude in her responses to questions but actually makes you feel like she doesn’t want your business. Just to add - the owner is lovely and this particular lady only seems to be in these foul moods when she’s alone in the shop. Needs to head to the job centre if she’s so unhappy.

   I assumed this shop was closed as passed by and called but to no avail. Not being on social media i didnt know they were open for click & collect. I had to return xmas item and thought now shops r open that would b ok but called and told very rudley that i couldnt. Didnt want money just an exchange but again told not possible. In this current climate u would expect some kind of decent customer service. I have shopped there for 30years but wont b back. Terrible

   I tried to return a snowsuit which I received as a present and was willing to pay the difference/exchange for something different as the snowsuit was now in the sale. The sales woman advised I was unable to exchange or return the snow suit which was fine and I accepted this fact, however, the attitude of the woman serving us was ridiculous, the tone in which she spoke to my grand mother was totally uncalled for. Im surprised this shop has any business if this is the way in which customers are spoken too. I for one will definitely not be back!
