Order placed online but never received. Website now appears to be non existent and phone line is dead. Is this even a real company? I have no idea how to get my money back now. Avoid!!
Waited weeks on an order for my son's birthday ... Day before birthday still nothing ... Many emails been sent ! Worst company ever . Don't deserve a 1 star
Hi, I have placed an order on their website but I haven’t received any details about the order haven’t received the order. The funds has gone straight away from my account. If anyone knows how to contact them it would be very useful.Also the email on their website and customer service number doesn’t work.
Received email on 11/12/23 that order had dispatched with expected delivery 14/12/23. NO TRACKING INFO INCLUDED! Order didn’t arrive, I have emailed twice and used their online contact form but I am clearly being ignored. Found their contact number, dialled it and the number is not in use. So no item received and no way of getting it re-sent or refunded. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Sale jacket didn't fit. Took back within 5 days. Credit note given. Refund cleverly refused. Case for consumer rights

Love it here very rarely I get to shop there as I don't live in Glasgow. But staff are fab!
