   Usually always polite and professional however their standards have dropped. They have either employed or have a family member working there. Looks like an over grown child. Has absolutely no customer service skills or manners. Over 30 years getting prescriptions from here but not anymore.... disgraceful

   I’ve recently started using this pharmacy for my own prescriptions, and after just two visits, I can confidently say the service is top notch. I’ve also been here a few times in the past for my family, and each time the experience has been consistently positive. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Amenah she’s been outstanding every single time. Approachable, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, she brings a level of care and professionalism that really makes a difference. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in what they do, and it shows. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Keep up the great work.

   Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using your services for a number of years through my doctor. But over the past nine months upto present day your service has been intolerable. Not alone do you lie about my deliveries and not alone do you say that my delivery is not in stock when other members of your staff say otherwise. I do not know what happened to your management, but I will not be using your services from now on. I will lodge my complaint with the appropriate authorities that you should not be in control of this practice. Your sincerely, Tim Reidy

   Very professional. They are so use to me that they don't need my name as soon as I walk in, they get my meds. If I'm due medication in a few weeks, they will give me my prescriptions early so I don't have to make another trip soon. I've been using this pharmacy for over 10yrs now .

   I would not of even given one star i would of given ZERO star, this pharmacy is so bad, they never have the medications available, they are all rude and grumpy, the old asian man pharmacist needs to retire now as he is the worst there, he is rude and unhelpful, he shouted at me with A BIG NO! Just for asking if he has a particular medication for my prescription! And then he walked off? Don't go here even if its the last pharmacy on earth

   I've bought my meds from prescription from them and I've been told to fill in the medical exemption form and bring it to the doctor on the 2nd floor so I'd get a refund for paying double for my medication. The doctor was going to confirm it and send it to the pharmacy. Now they say they never got it and it's too late to bring my money back! AVOID.
