Very helpful staff and professional people. Long time customer and can not complain at all with everyone. All are very there when we need help.

Useless customer service, do not recommend. Came at 6:52PM and wanted a quick word with the pharmacist about my baby. They refused saying they close in 5 minutes, when in fact they were closing in 8 minutes. My request just required 2-3 minutes of their time. But they are heartless and turned my baby away. I’m a Pharmacy Technician myself and know the importance of attending to a baby regardless of the time!
Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I attended with a valid private prescription and was left waiting over 30 minutes, during which I was repeatedly questioned about the legality of the prescription. This made me feel as though I was presenting a fraudulent document, which was both humiliating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was quoted one price over the phone an hour earlier, only to be told in person that the cost would be significantly higher. This lack of consistency, combined with the poor communication and dismissive attitude, reflects a serious lack of professionalism. Overall, the service was unhelpful, unprofessional, and left me feeling disrespected. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others against using this pharmacy.
Carter’s is a polite and respectful chemist and they always make the time to understand you and your needs.. I am so grateful for the time and effort they put in to you as a customer and to be honest I can’t say a bad word about them, as you know there are several channels on the high road but they I have noticed that they have lost their way with the customer but carters, they have respect and that’s coming from me “someone that doesn’t like people” so that’s me being nice and honest, because I am the first to complain, but I can’t fault them.. and if you have had a bad experience here then there is something wrong with you not the chemist or those that work there because they have always been outstanding for me as a regular customer..
You can get almost all the medicines here and some daily use products.
Wide variety to chose from, as a quite large pharmacy. IN the central of Wembley, they just seem so appropriate with their offer. Always more staff - chair to sit when you need to wait for prescription - and I was also helped when once in a while had issue with GP prescription, or they waited for me just before closure when arrived late by end of the day (called them up to wait for me.)
Very rude staff specially one old men and one short brown eyes lady.they think all customers are buying free stuff from them. I don't have any complaint against the store but staff are really rude but no worries I change to boots now.
