⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a loyal customer at Peace Pharmacy for 18 years, but ever since the change in ownership, the quality of service has noticeably declined. The staff no longer seem welcoming, and their attitude often comes across as unhelpful and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the care and customer service that once set this pharmacy apart are no longer there.
Peace Pharmacy is fantastic! Baset is always kind, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile to help. His professionalism and care make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
NHS 111 referred me to this pharmacy after an insect sting left my hand severely swollen. The pharmacist took only a very quick glance, said it looked bad and that it required antibiotics, but then stated she could not prescribe anything because I had just returned from abroad. She provided no explanation for this restriction and offered no alternatives or advice. I asked if there were any other options or suggestions, mentioning what I had heard could help, but she was extremely dismissive, rude, and unwilling to interact. I said I would arrange with a doctor to get a prescription and hoped to see her again if needed, but the lack of support and engagement left me beyond disappointed.(I would have left zero stars if I could.)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – My Go-To Pharmacy I've been visiting this pharmacy for a while now and recently used the Pharmacy First service, the whole process was quick, smooth, and very helpful. I was prescribed antibiotics on the spot after a quick assessment, and the staff were polite, professional, and efficient. What really stands out is that my repeat medication has been in global shortage, but this pharmacy almost always seems to have it in stock. That has made a huge difference for me, and I really appreciate their reliability. Their opening hours are flexible and convenient, making it easy to get what I need without stress. This is now my main pharmacy, highly recommend!
They are open until 10pm !! Good service, called to check if something was in stock, they answered straight away and kept it aside for me.
On the odd occasion that I can't get a prescription at my local pharmacy, I venture to this chemist and I have not been disappointed with the service. Great to have a good chemist like this and the extended opening times have been so helpful . Wishing everyone well.
Very happy with the service I received on Christmas Day! At around 9pm this was the only pharmacy that I was able to get some antibiotics for my daughter saved my Christmas

Great service at that this pharmacy. Came late on a Sunday to collect a prescription last minute. Fassi the pharmacist was really helpful and explained everything in a lot of detail. I will always recommend coming here. Especially as they have late opening hours.
