   Very very poor service., staff unhelpful.. every month they have been messing around with the prescription of my dad who is 85 years old. They are hungry for money always.. wouldn’t recommend.

   Terrible Service and Lack of Communication I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Pharmaelite Pharmacy. I was waiting over two weeks for my hypertension medication, which is completely unacceptable. Not only was there a delay, but they failed to deliver all the prescribed medications. Even worse, they didn’t inform me that one of the items was missing—I had to call them myself to find out. They assured me it would be delivered, but it still hasn’t arrived. This kind of poor communication and unreliability is extremely frustrating, especially when it comes to essential medication for a serious condition like high blood pressure. I won’t be using their service again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values timely and responsible pharmacy care. AJ.

   male pharmacist is extremely rude. spoke to our colleagues, unfortunately, as a 'rude' gangster who seems to think he's above all others. a shame - avoid them at all costs and go with a pharmacy with good service, good patient care, and not somebody who wants more money from patients, treating them like cashcows instead of real humans

   I accompanied my father to Pharmaelite Pharmacy after he had booked the seasonal Covid-19 vaccination online. There is parking outside their building, while the pharmacy is on the ground floor and close to the entrance. My father was seen to immediately as there wasn't anyone ahead of him in the queue. The staff were friendly and polite, and the experience only lasted a few minutes.
