   I think the guy who delivers medication may be hard of hearing and I'm sorry but he himself is an elder, we should be more considerate towards others, fair enough he may come across impatient but I don't belive it's intentional

   Name Paster not Pease. Extremely helpful in tracking down and ordering my wife's prescription while we were visiting locally. 2 other Pharmacies on Prestwich Road had not gone the extra mile like the guy in this store.

   Very, very rude customer service. The guy who delivers medicine is rude, arrogant and very aggressive. He presses the bell like a man possessed and does not even give you 5 seconds to open the door, he presses it over and over again continuously. On 2 separate occasions we have asked him very politely and calmly to not press the bell in this manner and he instantly goes on the defensive and gets aggressive and rude. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Will never ever use again. I would recommend using Andres Pharmacy next to Preston Road station. Atleast they know how to treat their customers properly.

   I have been using Paster chemist for years. I have found them to be very reliable and professional especially as there are times they have to order items in for me and they keep me informed about expected delivery. Also, there has been times I need advice and they have been able to please me. I have always received a greeting when visiting.
