Iβve been there twice, and at both occasions I had a good experience with the service rendered to me. What caught my attention the most was the cautious way with which they handled my babyβs prescription. However, what displeased me was the fact that they never pickup their phones when you called. I spent hours on phone before arriving the pharmacy the second time but nobody picked then when I got there the standard phone was just lying there beside the lady. Maybe they should work on that aspect because patients maybe calling for an urgent query and donβt necessarily want to reach the pharmacy in vain.

Pathetic and very rude behaviour. NHS should take note and appropriate action especially following the incident reported in another review where they denied giving the medicine on the false pretext of not having stock.

I wish I could give minus stars. Today I visited them with a private prescription for ear drop. They had the medicine but asked for 20 pounds. I told them it was too much and I would like to check with other places nearby before I buy and should be back in 15 mins. They didn't say anything at this stage. I returned after 15-20 mins and now they were saying that they sold the last ear drop to someone else. I argued with them that this may not be true and they should double check. They kept saying that someone came in just after we left and took the last one. Phew, I was disappointed in myself for not paying up the steep 20 pounds price. My wife spotted the same medicine on the shelf, that too multiple bottles. We were trying to take picture and they kept saying that there is video recorded. They finally accepted that they overlooked and gave us the medicine at the said price of 20 pounds. They denied us medicine because we were not happy with the price initially. What a shame? Totally disgusting people.

Iβve been coming to this Pharmacy since before the start of the pandemic. The people here are extremely friendly and Iβve never had any issues with any staff; once you get through to someone they will do their very best to help you. However The Pharmacy is VERY difficult to get a hold of on the phone, the phone can ring on end for hours which presents problems when youβve got Chronic health conditions and need to speak with your Pharmacist. The delivery service is also not consistent, so on days when Iβm unwell I have to make my own way into the Pharmacy to collect my medication, and this means driving/walking/getting the bus/taxi while staving off an acute crisis. As I said, the people there are lovely, but that is almost null and void when you can never get a hold of anyone, or consistently have to chase up your medication in person.

Place works for me 99% of the time. Last visit asked to return after an hour. Maybe they where trying to save me time but it really isn't helpful. Plus why is the bank holiday opening hours nowhere to be seen. Just went on Good Friday at 9:50 and they are closed and no signage to say what the hours of operation are over the bank holiday weekend.

Unprofessional staff especially a guy called Hosam, rude and disrespectful to people, promised a refund for a service they didnβt carry out and itβs been 2 weeks with no money in sight. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

The pharmacy has recently changed hands and has dropped from a 5 star business to a mess. The staff are dismissive and the customers are generally very upset and a number of customers are moving over to Asda.

Unprofessional and uneducated, I just got off the call and I was the one who actually had to point out that my blood test results are abnormal while the lady was saying 'it looks normal'. Either employees needs more training or change of attitude. One star is too much.

I don't know why there are all these horrible reviews, honestly they were okay even though the pharmacy is small and there are just few chairs. The staff was friendly and they asked for my name several times so as not to make mistakes. Thank you :)

Unprofessional attitude, questionable ethics by the weekend staff. As an NHS professional, I do not find this the service acceptable and the training adequate and will reflect this to the relevant bodies. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the vicinity. I only happened to visit this with a friend for her queries. Perhaps they have reasonable services when the responsible pharmacist is present on weekdays, but otherwise, this one off experience left me questioning the standards of the profession
