Service is too slow . On both occasions I attended. Very disorganised and slow. Waiting around just to find if prescription even arrived. They also don’t answer the phone when you call so you can’t call ahead to check. It’s unacceptable.
Rude workers. I came at ten to nine and the 111 operators assured me that I would be able to pick up my medication because they accept 111 referrals they aren’t allowed to close before nine. Guess who was closed before nine?. So ontop of not having the medication I needed today I also had to deal with a very rude manager.
I haven't come across with so much inefficient pharmacy. Countless occasions where they haven't informed about repeat prescription readiness even after 10 days after it's request date. Actually they can't as they don't package and prepare it. Whenever I went I got a partial prescription with the false hope of delivering tomorrow or by Monday
Absolutely shocking workers. I called from 8:30am up until 8pm (literally 30+ calls) and no one picked up. When you go there, it’s always so busy so I like to find out if a prescription is ready beforehand. Then when you go there, you’re waiting a minimum 45 minutes. Not sure why they take so long but I’ve never seen a pharmacy this delayed in my life. Definitely changing to another one down the road.
This chemist is brilliant.The pharmacist's are lovely especially Uche who has helped me out a few times now when my partner's doctor has really messed up with his medication.Uche is super helpful & understands the problem very quickly & resolves it with very good customer service.Thank you Uche .
I was the victim of terrible customer service at the hands of this staff. I am prescribed 30mg Elvanse tablets privately and due to Royal Mail strikes, the prescription came quite late. I was not made aware of it arriving and so came after it had expired. The staff were rude and standoffish, treating me like the medication was not really mine and flippantly telling me to call 111. After speaking to 111 I was told the pharmacy could dispense the medication at their discretion due to certain special circumstances. After letting the staff know this, they proceeded to ignore me until my mother had to come and ask for an update. To my great surprise, today my new prescription came, and they almost lost it! Instead we were told it was sent to a post office (misinformation) luckily, I had the picture of Riya’s signature (the same lady working who had condescended me in the earlier encounter). It is incredibly ironic that the same bureaucratic staff had managed to almost lose my prescription had they not phoned Riya just before close. So incredibly disappointed with the poor level of customer service and competence. Disappointed.
Considering the pressures that the NHS and general health services across the country are experiencing, the pharmacy at Asda is Wembley has been brilliant at accommodating their customers and providing the appropriate medications, despite shortages and supply issues. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and go that extra mile to ensure their customers fee valued.
Prescription was sent to this pharmacy for the first time and I couldnt be more pleased. Pharmacist by the name of Daniella helped to provide a great service as she instructed me how and when to take the medication. Would recommend.
Ti was a great experience. I have visited pharmacy for my family member who is not feeling well. The lady pharmacist was there and served me with explanation that why i need those medication. Checking all bits whether it will be suitable for that person and she has provide excellent service with good communication and smiling face and I feel very comfortable and warm about her counselling. I strongly recommend my friends that please visit this Asda pharmacy Wembley branch.
