   Absolute joke. I’ve been calling everyday to see if my insulin has been ordered let alone arrived. It was approved by my GP on 9th August. Today is 21st August. The is is unacceptable. I will be attending the store and if I die, I will die on their counter waiting for my medication.

   Asda Pharmacy has been extremely unreliable and unprofessional with my Mounjaro 5mg order. I was told I could collect it from Wembley on 18th August after 3pm, but after travelling 45 minutes each way, the medication wasn’t there and I had no update whatsoever. Now they say it will come by courier, yet I’ve been given no tracking number, no courier details, and none of my messages are answered. This is not a trustworthy service – the communication is non-existent, and customers are left completely in the dark. I regret switching to Asda and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.

   Poor Services. Always runs out of the staff. Rude staff Be prepared to wait for 1 hour at least. Just a single medicine taking more than half an hour to get ready.

   This pharmacy should be under serious review. I had an emergency prescription for my younger brother that urgently needed collecting. I called multiple times, but no one ever answered. Not once. I rushed to the pharmacy and arrived at 9:02 PM-just two minutes after closing-and was met with zero empathy. Instead of helping or even acknowledging the urgency, the staff were rude, dismissive, and outright hostile. One male staff member in particular,,,a Black man wearing glasses,,,was extremely unprofessional. His aggressive attitude was more fitting for a nightclub bouncer than a pharmacy worker. Absolutely disgraceful. Because of this pharmacy’s failure to answer calls or show basic decency, my brother ended up in hospital. This wasn’t a delay,,,it was negligence, plain and simple. If ASDA has any standards left, this location needs serious internal investigation. I’ll be pursuing this through official complaints, but others should think twice before trusting their health to this place.

   Useless pharmacy, did not have the medicine I needed to fulfill my prescription. They did however suggest that I go to the store in Wembley... Lucky for me I was driving and not walking there.

   RUDE staff!!! I called to check if my daughters repeat prescription had come through and the lady picked up with an attitude. She didn’t want to check, then told me they don’t do repeat prescription and to call the GP to sort it out- so unhelpful. I’ve been doing this for a year already but she just wanted to argue with me over the phone and then when I asked for her name, she said “come find me”. She’s lucky this wasn’t face to face, that’s all I’m saying.

   Toothless says “thank you auntie and uncle for helping me”. He’s old and sometimes he suffers from constipations. I realised he’s constipated again 10:40 in the night. I rushed to the store to get him lactose and micralax. Initially the staff were reluctant to give me any of the above because they have to be responsible for what they were selling. However, after showing them my vet licence they were incredibly helpful and got everything ready within minutes! Toothless is feeling so much better now thank you all for your kindness!
