   Absolutely fantastic pharmacy! All of the staff at Valley Pharmacy are incredibly helpful, especially the pharmacists. I’ve had a few issues recently with a controlled medication I’m prescribed, and although the problem was completely out of their control, everyone I spoke to offered the right guidance and support to help me get it sorted. On occasions when I’ve been dysregulated, the team have shown nothing but patience and understanding, which I truly appreciate. Whenever I’ve asked questions about ailments my children have had, they’ve always given accurate, practical advice on how to manage them. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. I honestly couldn’t recommend this pharmacy any more highly, they are truly fantastic in every way!

   I had such a wonderful experience at this pharmacy! Amish was fantastic—so personable, kind, and incredibly patient with my two toddlers as they received their chicken pox and flu vaccines. He made the whole process smooth and comfortable, which really put me at ease as a parent. I’m so grateful to have this level of care and support right here in our community. The service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

   I’ve been meaning to do this for a long time. As a family we have used this phenomenal pharmacy for some 30 plus years. They have never let us down on any respect. Helpful, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Customer service is their reason for being whether it’s advice, service or just pure congeniality. So far as we’re concerned they deserve an award for their commitment and customer care. During this pandemic they have gone the extra mile yet again.
