   Bought a pair of trainers as a present, unopened (wrong size), returned it to be told only exchanges or credit notes are offered. How this is even legal is wild, but definitely one to watch out for as this is apparently their policy nationwide. Had to use my credit note, and ended up getting some knockdown crap clothes, the changing rooms didn't have a functioning lock, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever. The staff all looked about excited to be working there as the Ukraine National Guard.

   I bought a pair of expensive trainers & wasn't told I couldn't get a refund even with the receipt, they can only give credit notes, which I was not informed of when I purchased them. Unless your 100% with what you want I wouldn't bother, more trouble than there worth

   Horrible changing rooms. No privacy, dirty and you can’t lock. If I could give 0 star that what I would rate.

   Was in tonight and the two members of staff who dealt with myself and my daughter were great. Went out there way to assist us with shoe sizes, clothing and even took time out to chat my with my daughter. People like this deserve recognition. They make the shopping experience feel more personal and friendly.

   2 floors of discount sport, casual and hiking clothing and apparel. We got over charged for our shop by £50 I'm very glad we checked the receipt before we left. We also returned some hiking boot as they turned out to the wrong type for our hike. They do not give refunds on unused items just store credit.
