Great selection of toys and clothes, always my first port of call for these. Very friendly staff, always willing to help where they can.
Great shop very friendly staff and also very helpful. Lots to choose from, from baby items like bottles baths sterilisers to sleeping bags hand knitted cardigans and lots of choice of blankets. The toy section is constantly updated and they have plenty of toys from rattles up to bigger items like walkers to sit on cars. The boom section is always full with great books from stories to educational books for all ages. Couldn’t recommend this shop anymore and staff can help with everything. Very reasonable price shop and good quality items .
Brilliant shop and staff so helpful and friendly. Managed to buy four new outfits for a friend who is expecting a baby and paid only a fraction of what they would cost on the high street. A must for anyone looking to buy gifts for babies and children. The shop manager - Paula - is extremely helpful as are all the volunteer staff.
Excellent community spirit. After dealing with a particularly difficult customer, the staff made a point of going round the other charity shops tipping them off. Great local show of leadership
Great shop. My wee boy had a great time choosing some toys. So much to choose from. Staff are very friendly. Worth a visit.
Never go to this place agin because I tried to buy dolls and they gave the price then would not let me buy till they had the price even though they said it was £4-5 then they text the price saying it was £8-10 witch is double then called me rude for asking if they can do any lower because they are second hand are really messy and had glue in there’re hair but the people where really nice in shop then tried to scam me because I had an interest in the dolls I would give a 0. First I send u like 5 messages in the span of an hour and a half the first two asking if u could do the original price and then explains why u read then the did not awnser so I waited like half an hour the asked if u could do and u read in like 30 seconds later and did not respond so I Said “can u do it ” then u read it then I waited 15 min then said “if u going to ignore me then I’ll just leave it” then u read it then wrote a big paragraph calling me rude, no manners and was not patient ok I was a bit impatient but was never rude once and was really nice u only responded when I said I was not going to buy and u said in the shop the dolls where £4-5 then said £8-10 which u only said chase u new that I was really interested in them and btw u did try to scam me then tried use a sob story then lied about being the only one in when there was 2 and was not busy one bit so don’t lie and will never be back don’t you worry. And btw all u had to say was yes or no
Amazing little charity shop! Staff and volunteers are so welcoming and polite! Great variety of items for ALL ages from babies to toddlers! Toys. Books. Clothing. And all at a great price too! Fantastic charity shop innthe heart of Rutherglen!
