Excellent service and staff. My husband and I moved from previous pharmacy more than 15 years to Infohealth. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot fault anything.
I have used infohealth since I moved to Coulsdon a number of years ago, because of the medication I recieve I see the lovely staff there on a regular basis ,I am always met with a warm and friendly greeting .Sometimes when I am going on my hols and need extra medication they always pull it out of the bag for me.The pharmacists calls me from time to time to see how I am getting on with my new medication, Absolutely wonderful people ,I,ll never use any other Pharmacy.
I visited the pharmacy back in May, recommended by my GP, the pharmacist was very polite and helpful, I was checked over thoroughly before medication required was dispensed. Before the medicated was given to me, the pharmacist explained everything very well in regards to the use of the medicine. I was truly thankful for the positive experience.

The pharmacist here refused my e-prescription saying it had to be printed. I think they're living in the stone ages. Also mentioned no pharmacy takes them unless printed - boots do. You simply take the code and search the database. Poor customer service.
Lovely people working here. I had an eye infection while isolating and was unable to speak to my GP. Called the pharmacy and they dropped some eye drops round to my house free of charge! So grateful, thank you.
