   We cannot speak too highly of this company and its owner Chris. Our fridge broke down. He responded and was out within 3 hours. We agreed a new appliance and price. He was back 3 days later to install. Very clean and tidy. We were so impressed that we got him to replace an old washing machine with a Bosch washer/dryer. Excellent prices and service. We recommend Chris and his company without hesitation.

   Phoned on 13th January made an appointment over the phone with Chris to come out and see our broken Dishwasher on 23rd January between 9am and 1pm. Husband waited in all day, no sign. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt incase something had happened. However, messaged to see what happened, got a reply asking the address he was meant to be at, replied with the address and then no response. I would much rather that people who don't want a job or don't want to come out to see a job, for whatever reason, just say at initial enquiry instead of wasting peoples time.

   Highly recommend Appliances of Edinburgh. Our washing machine stopped working so they quickly came out to look at it for a reasonable call out fee. Due to the age of the machine and the issue, we were advised to get a new one, and within three days the team had sourced and fitted it. They even went the extra mile with our integrated kitchen door, taking it away to fill in the holes left from previous machines and re-fitting it - it now looks better than the original! All for a reasonable price and great customer service.

   I never write reviews but wanted to do so on this occasion. Christian fitted a new integrated dishwasher and new kitchen door. We were very happy with the results and the service.
