Apart from the reasonable prices, my friend asked for help from one of the employees for a product and he took care of her very well. Floor staff is terrible . One male person that works hard and good on him. In the meantime other ladies are more interested in chatting amongst themselves and spending time on their phones. When asking for shoes they are just ignorant as you are invading their space . Eventhough we were keen to buy shoes the lady had very bad cistomer service, no attention to customers, no interest which just put us off . Did not feel welcome at all. Jd Sports and Foot locker across the road are far superior. Lower prices do not compensate for a sour feel you get while shopping at this location
This place has more staff than customers but still managed to take a long time to get served. Staff at tills take even longer. Do not take gift cards that they give you.You have to shop online
Great shop with a wider selection than JD or office etc or footlocker, was in today and LEWIS dealt with me, very friendly young man let me try some trainers on. Thanks Lewis! He deserves a pay rise troops.
Foot asylum is a footwear shop specialising in trainers and has expanded into branded and designer clothes. There are other stores at Silverburn and Braehead as well as this one in Argyll Street in Glasgow City Centre. This one is set over 3 levels and sells mens, womens and children's products. I was principally looking for trainers and although they had many decent, nothing special. The prices seemed ok.
